At Barrels Co., we aim to make sure every order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a product delay, processing times may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed for any reason, we’ll contact you by email to keep you updated.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–10 business days after processing

International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing
Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to customs, postal delays, or factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days of purchase, check your spam folder or contact us at barrelscompanyllc@gmail.com.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once they reach your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Barrels Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at barrelscompanyllc@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier or issue a replacement where possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Barrels Co. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error after checkout, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before shipment.
8. Preorders and Special Releases
Preorder items or special product drops may have different shipping timelines. Estimated delivery dates will be listed on the product page and communicated via email updates.
