REFUND POLICY

At Barrels Co., we aim to make sure every customer is satisfied with their order. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Digital products, training programs, and e-books are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
If an item is not in its original condition or is returned after the 14-day window, we may deny the refund or offer store credit at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards or promotional items

Personalized or custom-made products
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rejected returns will be sent back to you with no refund issued.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at barrelscompanyllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement depending on product availability.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your payment provider — it may take a few days for your refund to officially post.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
7. Shipping Returns
To return an eligible item, email us at barrelscompanyllc@gmail.com for instructions and the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Barrels Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit.
