The 4-Phase Speed & Agility Program is a 12-week training blueprint designed by Alex Harrell to transform the way athletes move, accelerate, and perform. Built from Alex’s professional-level training philosophy, this system blends advanced speed mechanics, explosive movement drills, and progressive conditioning to create real, on-field results.

Each phase builds on the last:

  • Phase 1 – Foundation: Establish proper mechanics, mobility, and body control. Learn how to move efficiently and set the base for explosive growth.

  • Phase 2 – Acceleration: Develop first-step quickness and directional speed through sprint and cone-based reaction work.
